How it Works
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Kefi Wellness Centre Patient Referral Program! We're thrilled that you're considering referring someone to our centre. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our referral program. Please read them carefully to ensure a clear understanding of the program.
1. Eligibility: The Kefi Wellness Centre Patient Referral Program is open to all existing patients of Kefi Wellness Centre who are in good standing. New and existing patients who are referred are also eligible under these terms.
2. Referral Rewards: For each new patient referred by you who completes their first appointment, a reward will be credited to your account. This reward can be used towards future services at Kefi Wellness Centre.
3. Key Exclusion - Non-Combination with Other Offers: This is a key point of our terms and conditions. The referral reward cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts provided by Kefi Wellness Centre. The referral reward is exclusive and must be used independently of other offers.
4. Referral Method: To participate, refer a new patient to Kefi Wellness Centre and ensure they mention your name while booking their first appointment. The referral must be acknowledged at the time of the booking.
5. Limitations: There is no limit to the number of new patients you can refer. However, the referral reward is only applicable for the first appointment completed by each new referred patient. This discount only apply to any new referral.
6. Reward Expiration: Referral rewards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. After this period, any unused rewards will expire and cannot be reclaimed.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Kefi Wellness Centre reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Patient Referral Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8. Privacy: All personal information collected from participants in the referral program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Disqualification: Kefi Wellness Centre reserves the right to disqualify any participant from the program at our discretion if we believe that the participant has violated any of these terms.
